What is Boozy?

Boozy is a liquor delivery service accessible online via www.boozy.ph (Metro Manila and Nationwide) and www.cebu.boozy.ph (Metro Cebu) that allows you to order premium liquor brands and have it conveniently delivered to your home, office, or any address.

What kind of liquor is available on Boozy?

We carry a wide selection of imported and craft beer, wine and champagne and a large selection of spirits including whisky, vodka, rum, gin, tequila, bourbon, cognac, liqueur, etc. Our entire selection with pricing is available on www.cebu.boozy.ph!

Do you carry mixers?

Yes, we do! Available mixers are tonic water, club soda, ginger ale, Sprite, and Coca-Cola.

What areas do you cover?

For on-demand delivery, we cover the following cities:

Within 90 minutes - Cebu City, Lapu-Lapu, and Mandaue

Orders placed after 10:30PM will be delivered the following day.

For Metro Manila shipping, please visit www.boozy.ph. For standard shipping, we cover the Philippines nationwide through our courier partners.

We are working to bring Boozy.ph on-demand delivery (within 60-90 minutes) to more locations. Please stay tuned for updates.

What if I have issues with my credit card payment?

If you encounter any issues when paying via PayMaya, kindly contact us at ask@boozy.ph or +63 917 638 7559 so we can assist you.

What if I am outside the on-demand delivery area but I want my order in less than 1-2 days?

As of the moment we treat these orders as provincial orders. You may place your order on www.boozy.ph instead.

How fast do you deliver?

If you select “on-demand” delivery, we strive to be at your location within 90 minutes barring any unforeseen difficulties such as a heavy downpour, accidents, calamities or other extreme situations involving our riders.

For standard shipping to other parts of the Philippines except Metro Manila, we outsource our logistics to our friends at Ninja Van and you should receive your order within 1-2 days. Once your order has been picked up by Ninja Van, you should receive a tracking number which you can enter on www.ninjavan.co to check on the status of your package.

For standard shipping outside Metro Manila and Metro Cebu, we outsource our logistics to either Ninja Van, Fastrack, or Xend and you should receive your order within 3-7 days. Once your order has been picked up by our courier, you should receive a corresponding tracking number which you can enter on the courier’s website to check on the status of your package.

If you have waited patiently and have not received your package within the prescribed number of days (1-2 days for Metro Manila / 3-7 days elsewhere), kindly email us at ask@boozy.ph and we will do our best to check with the courier regarding the status of your package.

Are you open 24/7?

We are open every day! Your orders will be processed and delivered according to the following schedule:

Monday to Saturday - 04:00 PM to 12:00 MN*
*10:30 PM order cut-off
Sunday - No deliveries
 

So what happens if I order outside your operating hours?

You are always free to place an order even outside our operating hours but we will start processing it once we resume operations. 

For orders that involve standard shipping Nationwide, you are free to order anytime and your order will be processed within the shipping time frame given.

How do I get FREE delivery? 

1.    Place an order worth P2,000 and above for Metro Cebu delivery

2.    Choose next day delivery for Metro Cebu

If my order is for on-demand delivery (90 min) and it is P2,000 and above, will I be charged the P99 delivery fee?

No. Only on-demand orders below P2,000 will be charged the P99 delivery fee.

Is there a minimum amount for my order?

Yes. Minimum order for Metro Cebu is P499 before shipping fees.

What mode of payment do you accept?

We accept PayMaya, credit cards (via PayMaya) and cash on delivery.

Can I send an order to another person as a gift?

This is possible as long as the order is pre-paid and the recipient is informed that he/she will receive something from Boozy. This option is not possible for cash on delivery.

You may also choose to send a note on a gift card.  Please leave the message on the note section when you check out and we would be happy to send your order with a greeting. 

What if I encounter a payment or ordering issue on your website? I placed an order but did not receive any status of my rider's location. Why is this so?

If you receive a confirmation email, then we received your order and will process it accordingly. If you did not receive a confirmation email, kindly send an email to ask@boozy.ph or +63 917 638 7559 to check on the status of your order.

This feature is being rolled out per area. Thank you for your patience as we make steps to serve you better.

What is the no show fee?

In cases where nobody is around to receive your order, our rider will wait for a maximum of 15 minutes from arrival at the designated delivery address for orders below PhP 5,000.00 and for a maximum of 30 minutes from arrival at the designated delivery address for orders amounting to PhP 5,000.00 and above.  Our customer experience team will attempt to contact you during the said timeframes and if we are not able to get in touch with you or your representative, we reserve the right to cancel your order and charge a “No Show Fee” in the amount of PhP 200.00.

What if I want to have my order re-delivered?

You may opt to have your order re-delivered for a fee amounting to PhP 200.00. 

Do you deliver to pickup points?

We only deliver to fixed addresses. We do not meet up in pickup points. If we determine that your address is a pickup point, Boozy has the right to cancel the order.

Do you give bulk discounts?

We give discounts for minimum orders of Php 50,000. Our prices are already cheaper than convenience stores and generally at par with liquor stores so we only give bulk discounts for minimum orders of Php 50,000. Contact ask@boozy.ph for more information.

I am looking for a specific bottle that you don’t have on the website. Who can I contact?

We do take special orders for rare/hard to find bottles or anything else you may have in mind that we don’t currently list on the website. Please send an email to ask@boozy.ph.

What happens if I want to return an item?

All sales on Boozy.ph are final. You must inspect the items upon receiving them from our rider and once received in good condition, the sale is considered final.
